Visayas Accreditation
Marlowe has been at Naval State University (NSU) in Biliran island Province in Leyte. Together with four (4) other accreditors, he accredited programs in Computer Science (BSCS) & Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management (BSHRTM). After a four (4) days work at Biliran, he was transferred to University of Eastern Philippines (UEP) in Catarman, Northern Samar where he joined some twenty-four (24) accreditors for the 10-day accreditation visit to 18 undergraduate & graduate programs of the university. He accredited programs in Civil Engineering (BSCE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Master in Business Administration (MBA), Master in Public Administration (MPA), Master of Management in Public Mngt. (MM-PM), and Doctor of Public Administration (DPA).
